A third teen has been charged in connection with the July First death of a woman killed when a stone was dropped off and interstate overpass.
Seventeen-year-old John Nichols of Papillion was charged in Douglas County Juvenile Court as an accessory to a felony.
Thirty-four-year-old Michelle Fergus died when a 20 to 30 pound stone dropped off the bridge above her car, crashed through her windshield and struck her in the chest.
Douglas County Attorney Stu Dornan said Nichols was among a group of teens on the overpass during the incident but did not drop any stones.
Daniel Beerman and Eric Warbelton, both also 17, were charged November with manslaughter in connection with Fergus' death.
