The trial of once-convicted murderer Kimberly Faust is scheduled to begin Monday.
Faust was convicted in a double murder near Palmyra in 2000. One person, Shannon Bluhm, was Faust's estranged husband's girlfriend. The other victim was Robert Parminter, a passer-by who tried to help Bluhm.
The conviction was recently overturned because of ineffective counsel. Jury selection in the trial begins Monday in Nebraska City.
