Roger Johnson can't get hot water after the storm that hit yesterday. His pipes froze. All he can get is cold water.
So he called John Henry's Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning to fix the problem. Joe Folmer with the group says, "Anytime someone is installing pipes, make sure the pipe is on the inside of the house. This way it will be closer to the warm air."
Other tips to keep the house ready include having your furnace inspected. Folmer also suggests, taking the water hose off the outside facet to avoid the basement flooding in the spring.
