Brendan Gonzalez One Year Later

It’s been the toughest year of Rebecca Gonzalez's life. One year ago, her son, Brendan Gonzalez disappeared.
Gonzalez decided to have a candle light vigil in Plattsmouth to honor her son. She can't believe that Brendan is gone. "Somebody else ripped something away from me and that just breaks you down to nothing."
Plattsmouth Police Chief Brian Paulsen says it has been a long year. "We breathed Brendan Gonzalez for seven months, you just can't walk away from that."
Ivan Henk has been charged with first degree murder in the case against his son. His next court appearance is February 24th.
