Ex-Gage County Jail Guard Guilty of Sex With Inmate
Beatrice, Neb. A former jail guard faces up to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced next month for sexually abusing a Gage County inmate.

Eugene Fiester will face sentencing on October 20th in Gage County Court.
The 37-year-old had been scheduled for trial Sept. 28, but he entered the guilty plea on Thursday instead, after a deal with prosecutors.
Court records say the woman told her mother in January that she was sleeping in her cell on Jan. 7 when Fiester went in and assaulted her.
Authorities say the woman is no longer in Gage County custody.
