A Hastings man accused of raping a woman at their workplace has been arraigned on a first-degree sexual assault charge.
Thirty-six-year-old Arthur Riveria Hernadez was arrested Monday after a woman told police that she had been sexually assaulted at ConAgra Foods.
Hernandez was released Wednesday morning after posting 10-percent of a $25,000 bond.
First-degree sexual assault is a Class Two felony punishable by up to 50 years in prison.
