A 57-year-old man and his 28-year-old son were bound over Thursday to face trial in Cass County District Court.

Orville Leon Grant of Weeping Water and his son, Dale Lee Grant of Lincoln face first-degree sexual assault charges. The charges stem from allegations that they repeatedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl for 18 months. Authorities said the incidents occurred in the girl's Weeping Water home.

Forty-six-year-old Terri Borron has been charged with felony child abuse. Investigators said Borron knew of the assaults, but did nothing to stop them.

The Grants are scheduled to go on trial next month.
