Cathy Kent sits on her porch waiting for some of her neighbors to shovel their snow.

Kent says her doctor wants her to walk everyday, but she won't risk it with all the snow. She says she's fallen on the sidewalks because of the snow.

Glenn Funk with Public Works handed out 60 snow removal notices Wednesday. The notice is considered a warning. If Public Works get another complaint about the same sidewalk, then a letter is sent.

After a third complaint, Public Works goes out to that address and then a contractor is called to shovel the sidewalk. This will cost the owner of the house about $150.
