Eastbound traffic on Interstate 80 is being diverted at the Shelton interchange while investigation continues into a car-semi accident near the Wood River interchange.
A semi loaded with hay was reported to have upset on top of a car, trapping two occupants of the car. The accident was reported about 10:30 a.m. Friday.
