An Omaha man is in critical condition after being struck by a police cruiser early Sunday morning.
Police say 22-year-old Justin Nealon was wearing dark clothes and crossing a poorly lit street when the accident occurred.
Nealon is a student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. The family issued a statement saying he was on his way home after spending time with friends Saturday evening.
