A 17-year-old is dead after a shooting Sunday afternoon at a home in north Omaha.

Frank Harbour died today at the Nebraska Medical Center.

Police say no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, which injured three other people.

A neighbor, Darlene Henderson, says the gunfire stemmed from an argument among neighbors that started in November.

The Nebraska Medical Center was locked down for 15 minutes after a disturbance related to the shooting.

Guards were not letting anyone in or out of the hospital. Administrators say the situation was quickly under control.
