A Hastings man who allegedly raped a co-worker has had his case bound over to Adams County District Court.

Thirty-six-year-old Arthur Riveria Hernandez is charged with first-degree forcible sexual assault. The alleged assault happened January 12th in a storage room at ConAgra Food Company in Hastings.
