Nebraska officials say three more people who had H1N1 have died. That brings to seven the total number of such deaths reported.
The newest cases include a woman in her 60s from Lancaster County, a Sarpy County woman in her 50s and a man in his 40s from south-central Nebraska. All had other health conditions. A local health department official said the man in his 40s had been hospitalized and died in recent days.
A spokeswoman with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services declined to discuss other details, including when the other two died, citing privacy laws.
The death of a Douglas County man in his 30s was reported Thursday. It was the second reported death from the area. Adams and Custer counties also previously reported deaths.
