A man loses his life after driving into a stopped train near Hastings.
It happened Thursday night around 9 p.m. on a county road two miles east of Hastings.
An Adams County sheriff's official says 30-year-old Michael J Swanson, of Harvard drove his pickup into a flatbed train car in an unlit area.
