The chairman of the Nebraska Game and Parks Board of Commissioners is leaving the post.
James Ziebarth said in his resignation letter that he's been named to the state committee of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Farm Service Agency. Ziebarth says USDA rules say he has to leave the commission.
Ziebarth was named to the Game and Parks board in 2004.
