Chloe Neill, an Omaha author, will be in the Kearney Public Library next Thursday to talk about her "Chicagoland Vampires" book series.
A press release from the City of Kearney says Neill will "introduce you to Merit, a graduate student recently turned vampire...Her series is perfect for fans of Charlaine Harris and Julie Kenner, and for those who are on the prowl for another vampire series that has it all - blood, mystery, lust, and a bit of humor too."
A book signing will follow Neill's presentation. The program is free and open to the public.
On Neill's website it says she has written three books in the "Chicagoland Vampires" series. Book one is titled "Some Girls Bite," book two is "Friday Night Bites," and book three - due out next summer - is "Twice Bitten."
