12-Year-Old Nebraska Boy Dies After Collision
Columbus, Nebraska A 12-year-old boy died at an Omaha hospital after he was injured in a collision on the north end of Columbus.

A 12-year-old boy died at an Omaha hospital after he was injured in a collision on the north end of Columbus.
Authorities say Brent Dixon was in a car driven by his 17-year-old brother, Jerrod, on Thursday afternoon. It collided at an intersection with a pickup driven by June Rieck of Columbus.
The three were taken to taken to Columbus Community Hospital, and Brent was flown later to Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha. He died there.
Police say all three people were wearing seat belts.
The accident is being investigated; no citations have been announced.
