An Omaha school district has disciplined three eighth-graders who made a threatening video and showed it on a school-issued laptop computer.
A Westside Community Schools official says the boys made no specific threats against anyone but rather made threatening remarks against certain ethnic groups. One of the boys was holding what appeared to be a firearm.
A teacher saw the video and reported it to administrators, who then contacted the boys' parents.
The boys were disciplined for improperly using school equipment.
Police are also investigating.
