Police say almost $4,000 in electronics was stolen from a Lincoln home Friday morning.
Officer Katie Flood said a 77 year old man woke up at 5:40 am to find his home had been broken into.
Flood said someone kicked in a walk-in door to his garage, then pried open the door to his home.
The thief then took 2 flat-screen televisions, a Wii console and 25 games, a laptop computer, briefcase and wallet.
Flood said the total loss was $3,865 and there was $700 damage done to the doors.
Flood said the suspect used the victim's debit card at 3:07 am at A's Stop N Shop at 27th and Dudley to buy gas. He was driving an older blue Ford truck.
