Deputies Investigate Hundreds of Stolen Tires
Lancaster County Deputies are looking into the theft of hundreds of tires worth thousands of dollars from a rural Lincoln business.

Deputies are looking into the theft of hundreds of tires worth thousands of dollars from a rural Lincoln business.
Chief Deputy Bill Jarrett said a supervisor at Skyway Transportation at 12101 Highway 6 discovered the loss Monday. Jarrett said someone cut the locks on two storage trailers and stole 120 trailer tire recaps worth $116 a piece and 5 Toyo tires worth $158 each. The thieves also stole some electrical cable. The total loss was $14,150.
