Thursday, the Honorable Richard G. Kopf, United States District Judge in Lincoln, Nebraska, sentenced 29-year-old Johun Anderson to 60 months imprisonment following his conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Upon his release from prison, Anderson will also serve a 3 year term of supervised release and pay a $100 special assessment. The firearm was also forfeited to the United States.
