Lincoln Police Focus on Arresting Graffiti Vandals
Lincoln, NE Lincoln Police are watching for recent graffiti vandals.

Officers are focusing proactively when it comes to graffitti in Lincoln. Tuesday morning, officers spotted some new markings in the are of 48th & Cleveland Streets.
According to Captain Chris Peterson, there has been an increase in these activities, mostly in the area centered near 25th & E Streets within the last 10 days.
According to Peterson, officers are watching for people and cars in areas where there are walls which are known targets for vandals. Officers are traveling alleys and completely around businesses more than normal, in hopes of observing new markings and catching the vandals in the act.
