Nicole Narboni will be pulling a camouflage trailer when she heads out on tour this week in Western Nebraska.
But the trailer won't be carrying hunting supplies. Instead, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln professor will be hauling a 1,000-pound grand piano to towns like Bridgeport, Harrison, Morrill and Lewellen.
Narboni says she hopes her performances ignite interest in classical music.
She mostly plays for students in school gyms. Afterward, she lets students touch the Yamaha C7 piano, and even play it a bit.
This is the third year Narboni will have toted her piano to small-town Nebraska, and it's mostly been paid for with a $10,000 grant.
But the grant money could be gone after this year's trip, so Narboni will be searching for new funding.
