An Omaha attorney could be facing legal troubles of his own after a run in with law enforcement.
Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner said William O'Brien was cited and released Wednesday for bringing a weapon into the law enforcement center.
He said when O'Brien's briefcase was x-rayed at security, deputies discovered a four-and-a-half inch dagger.
According to Wagner, O'Brien forgot the dagger was in his briefcase and it belongs to his son. He was cited for carrying a concealed weapon.
