A 23-year-old Omaha man has been charged with vehicular homicide for a crash that killed a passenger in his pickup.
Police say Tyler Robar was arrested on Tuesday. Online court records don't list the name of his attorney.
Omaha police say Robar's pickup was weaving around other vehicles on southbound Interstate 680 around 6:20 p.m. on Jan. 31when it hit another southbound vehicle.
That vehicle came to a safe stop, but the truck swerved across all four lanes, struck an embankment, went into the air and came to rest on its top.
Robar was injured.
His passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was identified as 20-year-old Charles Brown, of Bellevue.
