A series of experts will offer three-minute speeches about conservation on the Great Plains and what people can do to help at a University of Nebraska-Lincoln event.

The "conservation jam" will be held on Feb. 1 in the Great Plains Art Museum in Lincoln.

Each speaker at the event will get three minutes to speak. Afterward there will be a reception where attendees can chat with the presenters.

The event will be held in the middle of an exhibit of Michael Forsberg's photographs of the Great Plains.
