A Fremont man is going to prison for fighting with police.
A Gage County judge this week sentenced 28-year-old Patrick Patterson to 4 to 5 years in prison for third-degree assault of an officer.
Prosecutors say police were trying to escort Patterson from a bar in July when he punched one of the officers in the face.
Another officer was injured as a result of a stun gun that used to subdue Patterson.
