LPD: Store Owner Catches Burglar in the Act

Lincoln Police are investigating a botched burglary at Exotic Fish near 35th and Cleveland.

Police say the store owner lives at the back of the store and heard glass breaking just after 5 a.m. Thursday morning.

The store owner found the suspect standing in an office within the store.

Police say the would-be burglar took off, after he was discovered. The suspect was seen leaving in a gray pick up.

He's described as a white male, 150 pounds, around 5'7 with short hair.

Nothing was taken from the store.
