LPD: Strong Arm Robbery Suspect Steals Bond Money

Police are also looking for a strong arm robbery suspect.

They say a 19-year-old woman was gathering money to get her boyfriend out of jail Friday night.

According to police, she asked an acquaintance for help and the two drove over the the jail.

Once they got out of the car, police say the man grabbed all the money from the woman and ran off.

He got away with $1,000.

Police know who the suspect is. It's only a matter of time before he is in custody.
