A Lincoln man is in jail after terrorizing an employee at the Nebraska Department of Labor.

The Nebraska State Patrol says that just after 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 20, NSP investigators took Jordan Wackerla, 26, into custody.

Wackerla's arrest follows an investigation into phone calls and emails that they say he sent to an employee with the Department of Labor. Investigators say that the calls and emails contained threatening language and graphic pictures.

Wackerla was taken into custody at Lancaster County Corrections.
