A 35-year-old Lincoln woman has been given pretrial diversion and won't be prosecuted on a felony theft charge.
Prosecutors dismissed the case that had been filed against Mary Chapman.
Police had arrested Chapman last month on suspicion of pocketing nearly $4,500 while counting money for her employer, a local Target store.
