Man Caught Trying to Steal Security Cameras from Fremont Store

A man who was caught on surveillance video trying to steal security cameras from a Fremont store has been sentenced to prison.

Court records say Trinidad Chapa had pleaded no contest to criminal conspiracy and criminal trespassing.

Judge Geoffrey Hall gave Chapa 20 months to five years at his sentencing on Monday.
