Lincoln police are investigating a robbery at a local hotel.
It happened in the 2000 block of Fletcher Avenue at around 1:40 Monday morning.
Police say a 38-year-old man was in his room when he heard a knock.
A female friend let two men in. The victim reportedly knew one of the men but not the other.
Police say the men beat the victim and held him to the ground while they made off with his cash, pocket knife and a necklace.
