The man accused of killing an Ord woman more than 20 years ago returned to court Tuesday for arraignment.
John Oldson is charged with First Degree Murder in the once cold case death of Catherine Beard.
Tuesday, a Valley county District Court judge asked for written arguments no later than May 23.
Oldson's lawyer asked that bond be reduced. Oldson is currently being held without bond.
The judge said he'd take the request and arguments under advisement.
