A western Nebraska man has waived extradition to Wyoming where he faces charges in a deadly accident late last summer.

Scottsbluff radio station KNEB says Jamie Brunner, of Minatare, was arrested by Gering police on Tuesday. He agreed to return to Wyoming during an appearance on Wednesday in Scotts Bluff County District Court.

Brunner is charged in Goshen County, Wyo., with two counts of aggravated homicide by vehicle stemming from a Sept. 15 crash that killed a Torrington, Wyo., couple.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol says Willis Davis and his wife, Marnell, died when their pickup truck collided with Brunner's semitrailer southeast of Torrington. The patrol says the accident happened when the semi, which was filled with crushed rock, crossed the center line.
