The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services plans to survey some of 22,000 people it worked with last year about the mental health or substance abuse help they received.
About 6,800 people have been randomly selected to complete the
survey.
The department's Scot Adams says the feedback will help HHS improve the services it offers.
The information individuals provide will be kept confidential.
Results of the annual survey will be available in August.
The University of Nebraska Medical Center's College of Public Health
will conduct the survey.
