A 43-year-old Kearney man faces two felony charges, accused of making bombs at his home.

Daniel Sindt is charged with possession of a destructive device and unlawful possession of explosives.

Authorities say he was arrested Tuesday after Nebraska State Patrol bomb squad removed a small explosive device from Sindt's house.

Authorities say Sindt's estranged wife tipped off Kearney police about the explosives and said their 6-year-old twin boys had been involved in making explosive devices.

A public phone listing for Sindt could not be found. Online court records don't list the name of his attorney.
