A division of student lender Nelnet has created a career advice website to help people find a job and later figure out how to move up in their careers.
The www.careerslingshot.com website includes several free tools for job seekers, including a free resume-building application. There are also articles with advice for people applying for jobs.
The Lincoln, Neb., company's primary business is originating and servicing student loans. But Nelnet also has a career services division that helps job seekers and provides content to other jobs websites.
