A North Platte man died after injuries from a crash on Friday.
The Nebraska State Patrol says 85-year-old Robert Shartz died at good Samaritan Hospital Saturday afternoon.
The crash happened around 7:45 last night near mile marker 224 on interstate 80 in Dawson County.
NSP says the driver of the car Shartz was in stopped in the middle of the interstate.
A semi then hit the back of the car.
Investigators believe the driver had a medical episode which caused the car to stop.
