Not guilty pleas have been entered for a 42-year-old man charged with robbing a Scottsbluff bank on the day before Thanksgiving.
Michael Scott sat quietly in court while the pleas were entered last week.
Scott is charged with robbery and possession of a controlled substance.
The robbery occurred Nov. 21 at a Scottsbluff branch of Valley Bank. The robber didn't show a weapon, and no injuries were reported.
Scott also has pleaded not guilty to unrelated charges of theft by deception and fraud. His trial on those charges is scheduled for February. His bank robbery trial is scheduled for March.
