An Omaha woman has pleaded guilty to dousing her boyfriend with gasoline and setting him on fire.

Authorities say Tanesha Beard pleaded guilty to charges that she burned Jermaine Westbrook in March while he slept.

The fire caused burns over more than half his body.

Prosecutors say a surveillance video showed Beard buying a gasoline container and gallon of gas shortly before the fire.

Sentencing for Beard is set for Nov. 27.
