Police in North Platte have made two arrests tied to a vandalism spree that caused $60,000 worth of damage.
Police arrested 20-year-old Justin Belsky and an unidentified 17-year-old male.
Belsky was cited for 199 counts of misdemeanor criminal mischief, plus felony criminal mischief and aiding and abetting felony criminal mischief. The juvenile was also cited for 199 counts of misdemeanor criminal mischief, and charged with two counts of felony criminal mischief.
The vandalism to vehicles and business windows in North Platte was reported on Aug. 6.
