The college has set up a generator at the activities center where around 500 students have access to heat and electticity.

Anson said OPPD believed the power would be back by early Monday morning.

OPPD spokesperson Paula Lukowski said a fire in a transmission line near Brock, is the cause of the outage. Crews continue to work to restore power. About 650 customers were effected.
