A judge has ordered a teenage boy convicted of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl to enroll in sex-offender treatment.
The 14-year-old boy was one of two teens convicted in the assault at a park last June that investigators say was recorded on a cellphone.
A judge on Thursday also ordered that the teen must not be alone with children, must remain on supervised probation with a monitoring device indefinitely and must complete 50 hours of community service.
The two teens were convicted in Douglas County Juvenile Court. The other boy is to be sentenced next week.
