Todd McCoy Named G.I. Parks and Rec Director

Current Grand Island Interim Parks and Recreation Director Todd McCoy has been appointed to the permanent position.
The city council voted to approve Mayor Jay Vavricek's recommendation for the hire Tuesday.
McCoy will assume his official duties Wednesday. He will start at step one of the pay scale, which is $69,047.21 annually.
