Lincoln Police are looking for three men that they believe assaulted a transient on Monday afternoon.
Authorities tell 10/11 News that officers were called to the U-Stop on West O Street just before two o'clock Monday. They say a 61 year old transient had a bloody nose and appeared to have been assaulted.
The homeless man told police that he'd been drinking under the O Street Bridge when three men approached him suddenly, punched him and knocked him to the ground.
Police say the suspects stole $400 from the victim's pocket.
Investigators are looking for three white men with long blond hair.
