Two Arrested After Stealing and Pawning Snow Blower

A couple is arrested after deputies say they pawned a stolen snow blower.
Sheriff's Deputies arrested Toyna Feathers and Steven Barta for burglary.
Sheriff Terry Wagner says the two broke into a garage in Waverly and stole a snow blower, then pawned it.
He says thanks to alert neighbors and a good suspect description, deputies were able to arrest the couple quickly.
