Police say a standoff at a north Omaha home ended peacefully after about two hours.
A police news release says Omaha officers had been asked by Kearney police to check the residence on Thursday afternoon because of a report that a man there might have been abducted.
Police found the man's car at the house. Three people soon left the house without incident and told officers there were two more people inside and that there were guns inside, too.
Eventually the two others came out and were taken into custody. No shots were reported.
Three of the five were taken to a hospital for treatment before they were questioned about the incident.
The investigation is continuing.
