A 21-year-old York man has been given 20 to 48 more months in prison for leaving a treatment center without permission.
Zachary Gilliam had pleaded no contest to a reduced escape charge. Gilliam was sentenced on Wednesday.
The prison time will be served after Gilliam completes three to seven years for drug convictions.
While Gilliam was awaiting sentencing on the drug charges, he was given permission to leave jail in February to attend a drug program in Lincoln.
Officials say Gilliam left the program facility after a day but was captured two days later in McCool Junction.
Court records say a York woman who helped Gilliam in his escape, Becky Long, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to time served of 22 days.
