A York man who put tattoos on three underage clients has been
sentenced to two years in prison.
23-year-old Jeffrey Collins was sentenced by a York County judge after he was found guilty contributing to the delinquency of a minor and performing bond art on a person under 18 without parental consent. He was also convicted of operating without a license and charging for the services.
York Police Chief Don Klug says his department was contacted by a worried grandparent of one of the teens in June.
Collins was sentenced to two years in prison on the delinquency counts, and lesser time on the other charges, to be served concurrently.
